Good morning all!!! I did this wonderful leg circuit this morning and loved it so much that I wanted to share it with you all! It's high rep and moves quickly (which I love) and you need a jump rope too! For each weighted exercise, choose a weight that will allow you to complete 20-25 reps and where you start to feel a good burn around the 11th-12th rep.
Leg Press- 20-25 reps
Reverse Hack squat- 20-25 reps
Jump rope- 120 jumps
Straight leg deadlift with Dumbbells- 20-25 reps
Jump Squats- 25
Single leg calf raises- 25 per leg
REST 1 min
**Repeat entire circuit 5 times!!!!
